Can i change my surf level on site ?

Absolutely! You can change your surf level at any time. Whether you want to challenge yourself with bigger waves or refine your skills, our team is here to guide you and ensure you get the best experience.

Can I switch from a surf lesson to a surf guiding session during my stay?

Yes! If you feel confident enough to explore the waves on your own, you can switch from surf lessons to surf guiding. Just let our team know, and we’ll adjust your package accordingly.

Do I need to bring my own surfboard?

No, we provide high-quality surfboards and wetsuits as part of our surf packages. However, if you prefer to use your own gear, feel free to bring it!

Is private surf coaching available ?

Yes, we offer private lessons. If you want to improve quickly or prefer one-on-one guidance, private coaching is perfect for you. Let us know and we’ll arrange a tailored session just for you.

Is taghazout good for surfing?

Definitely! Taghazout is a great place for beginners to learn surfing. The waves are usually gentle, making it easy to practice, and there are plenty of spots for all levels. Our skilled instructors will guide you through everything, from paddling to catching your first wave!

What if I decide to extend my stay after booking a surf package?

If you fall in love with The Horizon (which happens a lot!), you can extend your stay based on availability. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange everything for you

What makes The Horizon’s surf packages different from other surf camps?

At The Horizon, we focus on a personalized experience. Our small group sizes, experienced instructors, and flexible packages allow you to progress at your own pace. Plus, we combine surfing with yoga, skateboarding, and spa treatments for a complete and unique stay.

What’s the best time on year to surf ?

Taghazout offers great waves year-round! Winter (Nov–Mar) brings big swells for experienced surfers, while summer (Apr–Oct) has smaller waves, perfect for beginners. There’s always a wave for you!
